Introduction
I have over 20 years of yoga and meditation experience. I offer Body Sensing, a slow meditative movement using variations of yoga poses and Yoga Nidra, a guided non-movement meditation. Both practices shift from your thinking-mind to sensing, bringing you peace, equanimity, and a sense of self connection. Both practices are the teaching of iRest Institute.
