Vilma House Cleaning Services did an amazing job! Walking into my home after they finished was a wow moment—the counters and floors were spotless, the beds were perfectly made, and the bathrooms shined. Everything was neatly tidied up, and the whole house smelled fresh. It was such a great feeling knowing I could trust them with my space. I’m already looking forward to their next visit! I highly recommend it!

It was average ok with a few not making sense things. She charged $90 for 1 hour 50 mins cleaning for one bed apartment. She left kitchen gas cooktop with all grease still on it. It looks same as before. When I asked her to redo, she refused saying she needed to go. They Didn’t scrub off all water flash marks on shower walls( something I can do just applying baking soda), left a heavy cast iron unwashed and undetected by me by moving it into from gas cooktop to inside of oven. Didn’t washed a pot sitting on the gas stove, she just moved it to another area. Cleaned window only for a showing area under blind that was halfway open. They can just roll up a blind all the way up. It wasn’t that high at all. What’s the most not understandable for me was that she said it’s all ‘clean’ when my bed headboard still had a heavy marks. Moved heavy sofa that has made a scratch on the floor without asking me. Maybe just a mistake of her because of focusing on cleaning other area but feels like that they don’t really care much.
