Vanessa is just amazing. She was able to squeeze me in last minute and was very communicative with me letting me know when she will arrive (she was earlier than expected). Total Shining is correct, when she was done I had to put shades on in order to see! :). Vanessa did an excellent job cleaning everything asked for and went above and beyond in some regards.
