Jenny and her team do a fantastic job. They thoroughly clean the house and leave it spotless and organized. They go above and beyond to respect COVID protocol which is very important to our family with a newborn. I strongly recommend using their services if attention to detail and reliability are important to you. They also look for feedback as they're always trying to improve and meet clients unique needs but we've never had to give any.

With a 3 and 1 year old, it’s nearly impossible to keep our house clean. Jenny and her team consistently turn our messy and dirty house into a sparkly clean home that we want to spend our time in. We’ve used Jenny’s Maid Service for nearly 3 years and highly recommend! Thank you Jenny and Team!!

I have worked with Jhennifer on a number of occasions when she helped me with deep cleaning my listings before they go on the market. She always did a great job and I keep coming back to her as I know I can trust her staying in the houses of my clients and that she will do a great job. Will highly recommend her!

Very unprofessional. I was trying to book a time, when I finally did, the woman who runs it was nonstop texting me at night while I was taking my son trick-or-treating, almost harassing me. The next morning a water pipe burst flooding my house, so I texted immediately way before they were set to come so that her cleaners wouldn’t come all the way over and would have time back. I texted multiple times to make sure she saw the emergency and even messaged on thumbtack and absolutely NO response. I messaged her 10 hours later saying I was disappointed in the lack of response as I was trying to be considerate of her staff. When she finally responded she simply said I messed up her day. I’m glad I never worked with them as they clearly care about the money and not the communication. I couldn’t trust someone who doesn’t respond to enter my house.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was always a perfectionist with my own home and friends told me I would be successful in this type of work. I started by accident and now I love doing what I do. Weird to say, but I love to take some messy homes and turn it in a beautiful home.
