- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always provide options to best match your budget. We're one of the few companies that prioritize your budget first—for example, offering hourly rates vs. flat rates to find the best fit for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client directly to schedule a walkthrough, which can also be done remotely. We then provide an estimate shortly after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in economics, but during college, I worked as a housekeeper and cleaner. I really enjoyed the business because it allowed me to help people create a better living environment. That passion led me to start my own company.
