Larry's great. Highly recommend. 5 stars! He's super professional and knowledgeable. He crawled into my attic and fixed my 15 yrs old Airscape fan. He's very good in diagnosing the issue and suggesting the fixes. In my case he identified that the actuator was getting weak and suggested getting a replacement part. He even went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer asking for the part information. That helped a lot in expediting getting the replacement part (it's a part for an end-of-life model).
