I would check off all 5 options of things I liked about this company like punctuality, responsiveness,professionalism, work quality and value. My dog is very skiddish and shy, and the woman understood that ahead of time and respected that. Sure enough, my puppy went right to her which was a first! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat

I absolutely loved my experience with PUPPPY STAR! They did an incredible job grooming my Pomeranian, and he looks absolutely adorable. Patricia did an awesome job with our 14 year old rescue dachshund mix named Cooper. Patricia was so calm and so gentle that Cooper was able to overcome his terrible anxiety, and for that I am most grateful!!
