- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer top quality service, you will get professional bartenders wearing uniforms that know how to service high end events. We will bring all the necessary bar equipment and we will take care of the bartending needs of your event from start to finish, this also includes setup before and clean up when we are done. We also help you create a cocktail list and we are available through the whole process to help you with any questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally talk or chat about the details of the event such as the location, number of guests, theme of the event and the drinks that the client wishes to serve. Then based on that i provide a quote for the whole event, i also provide list for the ingredients that you would have to provide, always trying to make it easy and the simplest for your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food and beverage industry for more than 5 years, performing almost every front of the house position, food runner, server, bartender and also service manager. In every position I was able to master the duties I had, and that always took me to the next level, until now, with Gold Labels Bartenders, I can use all the knowledge and experience gained to provide the highest quality of service possible for my clients. This also allows me to train the people that work with me to the highest industry standards.
