I like to do my work right and traveling around the city to meet new people that have roofing needs , I like my work because I can help people fix their roofs and install new roofs, it's exiting to travel to different places, but the best part is to do a serious roofing job, and to stop all roof leaks, install a new roof, according to manufacturers specs and making sure is going to last for a long time.

I was selling my house and called Best Professional Roofing. Fausto came to inspect my house. He was courteous and respectful. He was honest and said I did not have any roofing issues but there were some parts that needed to be treated because of termites. I was thankful for his professional opinion. To top it all,he did not even charge me for the inspection. Highly recommend!

We were helped by Best Professional Roofing to fix a roof leak. They did a quality work to fix the roof leak but I feel the quote could have been better for the work which was performed.

Fausto was great. He came out to my place and took a look at the issue. He said that what I needed was a window repair rather than a roofer. So while I did not use his services I would still recommend him. He was on time and very professional.

Every roof is different and normally we have to go and check the project before giving an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls our number and tell us what roof issue they got, give his or her address and we go inspect it, and provide a real estimate, from there we are ready to start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Fausto went to roofing school for contractors in San Marcos CA, and study the books, but the most train I got was from working with my father as a young boy I was doing roofs, I keep studying roofing, because new systems and integrations and new codes come to pass, and I'm train to do all types of roofing residential and commercial roofing and roof repairs.
