- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DEPOSITS: -Studio sessions: 2 hour minimum charge ($170), sent as a deposit, is required in order to book and reserve your studio session. This covers 2 hours studio time. $170 is the minimum charge for all studio sessions, even if less than 2 hours. -Remote lessons/consultations: 1 hour minimum charge ($85), sent as a deposit, is required in order to book and reserve your lesson. This prepays for a 1 hour lesson/consultation. $85 is the minimum charge for all lessons, even if less than 1 hour. -Initial deposit must be submitted upon scheduling in order for the lesson/studio session to be booked/reserved. -Studio sessions and lessons are not considered booked/reserved until the deposit is received. -Deposits are refundable if you cancel or reschedule 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled session/lesson time. -Deposits for studio sessions and lessons scheduled less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable. -All cancellations are final. STUDIO SESSIONS: -Studio time clock starts at the scheduled session time. -If the studio session exceeds 2 hours, hourly rate ($85/hour) is applied and the remaining charge is collected at the conclusion of that session, before the artist leaves the studio. MIXING & MASTERING: -Mixing and mastering are not included with recording. -Mixing price varies according to the number of tracks (instruments, vocals, etc) per song; please contact directly for an exact price or quote. -Mastering is included, at no extra cost, with each mix. -Mastering only: $85 per song. REVISIONS: -Per project: After the first draft is completed and sent, the next 2 rounds of revisions are free of charge. For additional revisions, hourly rate ($85/hr) is applied. FILE STORAGE: -It's the client's responsibility to collect the project files at the end of each session. -Projects and associated files will be stored for 60 days after completion. Please be sure to collect, keep, and back-up all project files.
