Josh F. says, "I purchased a home in August 2024. It’s a mid-century home built in 1950 located in El Cerrito (college area) San Diego. The bathroom hadn’t ever been remodeled, the kitchen needed updating, the entire house needed to be painted, the fireplace needed updating and there were various other projects that I wanted to complete before moving in. I reached out to my network, met with multiple recommended contractors and ultimately decided to go with ValueCrafters Remodeling. Doron and the team at ValueCrafters did a fantastic job. The project took approximately 2.5 months, had some challenges along the way (as they all do), importantly came in on budget and in the end I was able to move into my dream house! Working with the City of Chula Vista permit department and all the architectural elements were easing our minds as he powered through with his attention to detail and design. He went above and beyond with any wishes we had for the best version of choices for tiles, flooring and final touches. The ADU is also for a disabled person with amazing touches that have safety and security in mind! After the build we have a very amazing ADU to cherish for years to come! My family especially my parents were extremely proud of their new ADU! Which brings value and quality to our investment.
