- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $80 per hour for general labor. Jobs have a $160 minimum fee and are not to exceed 6 hours of labor per day. This allows the technician time to load and unload company vehicles, submit notes and photos and stay within an 8 hour day. If your job requires more time you will need to schedule another technician through the office online or by phone. Or if you liked your technician specifically you may also schedule a return visit with your technician before they leave for the day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For general labor you contact the office and set an appointment. They will collect the needed information and schedule or dispatch the proper handyman technician for your call. Please be prepared to give the office your name, number, email, and address for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Daniel Moore has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He manages and trains all employees and is a hand on teacher. He will show up to a job to assist a technician if ever the need arises, and often even when there is no need at all. Our staff is very capable and many have strong construction backgrounds before taking on employment here.
