FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we work on a fixed price structure so everyone knows going into the job exactly what the costs will be. If you need hourly we can certainly make arrangements. We do have a minimum of $200, which covers the first hour, so please take the time to make a list of tasks instead of just 1 task; this saves you money. Vista and San Marcos enjoy a 5% discount because that's where we live and work. In addition, we offer a 5% discount to Military and Seniors. Discounts cannot be combined. Finally, due to the current cost of fuel/gasoline we are now charging a $15 Trip Charge. We don't want to do this but hope you can understand. If any of the above information does not make sense, please, please contact me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I try to get back to everyone asap. However, actually doing work myself can make this difficult at times. Second, I listen. I do my best to interpret what the customer really wants. Third, I try to get my new clients scheduled ASAP. Sometimes the same day. Finally, if everything is agreeable, Dive-In! Get the job done and... done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owned my own Construction Company for 5 years and am able to literally build you a house starting from just a piece of land; although that is getting more and more difficult here in California. Please read how I got started in this type of work for more depth into my training.
