We had an urgent water pipe issue after a tree falling down and breaking the pipe. I was able to get help from Facilities Plumbing immediately when it was late in the day already ard 4pm. Our technician James arrived in 2 hrs after I reached out and did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the issue!! We are happy that we can get water back tonight all thanks to James.
