Chef was wonderful to work with in planning our celebration for an 80th birthday. He came up with such creative ideas that were perfectly suited to our tastes. We watched him work and were amazed at how in just a few hours he could put together these incredibly delicious appetizers and entrée and dessert.

Sat is a great chef--the food was amazing. He was a little less great in terms of listening, unfortunately. The one thing I absolutely requested/insisted on, which was to keep my wooden-handled flatware out of the dishwasher, he didn't do. There were five pieces in there when I unloaded the next day, which was super frustrating and disappointing.

This was a 1st time experience for us with a personal Chef for my wife's 75 birthday dinner. Because of COVID we kept it small with just immediate family members with dinner for 9. Chef Sat helped us construct a menu and execute the dinner that surpassed all of our families expectations. The presentation was awesome and the flavor was superb! In addition, Chef Sat is very personable and he not only explained each course but did so in a manner that created a very friendly learning experience. We had 2 11 year old grandkids who also enjoyed the wonderful meal. Most importantly my wife totally enjoyed the experience.
