Ernesto was fantastic! We had a situation where I had the Thumbtack account, but my boyfriend was going to manage the payment and be there for the dumpster drop-off. We had several changes and lots of questions - he answered all of them quickly and with no hesitation. We originally ordered a 20 yard dumpster. Just a few days into doing a major clean-out of the home, we realized we needed another 20 yard dumpster. He was on it! Got us a new one in the afternoon and we could continue our work. We'll definitely use him again and refer our friends! It was such an easy and smooth process.
