- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary for each project and will depend on a variety of factors. This includes the total square footage of the windows, the number and size of the windows, the accessibility of the windows (ladder work, etc.) and the type of film used. We provide free on site consultations in order to provide an accurate quote that will be the final price of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically always schedule a free on site consultation. It is important to us to be able to meet you in person and survey the job site in order to best serve you and provide you with an accurate quote. Once we are on site at your home or business we will answer any questions you may have about window film, recommend the best solution to your needs, and take measurements of each window in order to provide an accurate quote. We always bring film samples with us as well and we can install the samples free of charge so you can see exactly what your windows will look like once the film is installed. After you have decided which film to use we will send you formal quote in which you can approve or decline. Once a quote is approved we take a 25% deposit to secure the job and an install date, and the balance is due upon completion of the project. Once the deposit is paid we will schedule an install date and complete your project. An invoice and payment will be sent to your email to payment after completion of the project.
