There's one thing that's more important than a job well done. It's a job well done in the customer's eyes. Pro Grill was willing to listen to me and to clean my grill the way I wanted it cleaned. I found the supervisor easy to communicate with and the techs to be skilled and well-mannered. What might have been a rather mundane project on a very hot day, turned into a very pleasant exchange of ideas. Fantastic service...the owner sent a technician by to look at mt BBQ at no cost. The tech figured out the ignition issue with the unit within 5 minutes and fixed it. The fee was very reasonable. This is the first company I will call if another issue arises@

We had Pro Grill come clean our rental propertys grill in San Clemente and they did an excellent job. We tried a couple other grill cleaning services but Pro Grill was the first we were fully satisfied with. They not only left our grill spotless but they also left property nice as well. The other companies we used left our grill ok clean, but destroyed our yard and left our deck with grease stains. Pro Grill was extremely clean and detailed. I highly recommend them and we finally found a grill cleaning service that lived up to our expectations. We are going to be using them from now on.

Pro Grill Cleaning did a very good job cleaning my BBQ, it looked like new when they were finished. We felt better about eating the food from a clean grill and use it more now that it is clean. They found rodent droppings that we did not realize were there. Very professional with no mess whatsoever.
