If you are curious about pricing, my base price is $150 I provide further details on pricing below in FAQ Hi my name is Meredith and I'm Certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master (Energy Healer). I'm passionate about helping my clients find a sense of calm, feel better in their bodies and meet their goals. I offer Reiki to both humans and their animals. Areas I travel to outside of San Jose are: Campbell, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View and Palo Alto Please keep in mind if you're outside of these areas you would need to travel to me. - 1 hour Yoga Session $150 for one person, could be more depending on travel and how many people - 1 hour Reiki (Energy Healing) for one person, could be more depending on travel and how many people - Corporate Yoga $200 Base - Special Event offering Yoga, Reiki or Meditation $200 Base
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complimentary 15 minute call learning about their goals, past injuries, what led them to want to practice yoga or receive Reiki and what they hope to get out of our sessions. For Animal Reiki a complimentary 15 minute call to hear about what's going on with their fur baby and how I can help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed over 500 hours of Yoga teacher training. 300 of those hours were a focus in Yoga Therapy I completed level 1 and 2 of Gentle Somatic Yoga Training Reiki Level 1,2,3 and now I'm a Reiki Master I continue to learn and grow in my field so I can offer my clients many different tools
