Introduction

Hello! I am a Yoga Alliance Certified 500hr RYT + 200hr E-RYT, holding certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Trauma Informed Yoga, Embodied Yin and Yoga Nidra. I have been practicing yoga + mindfulness for 15 years, teaching for over 8 years and currently teach studio classes, workshops, privates, corporate & group yoga as well as Yoga Teacher Trainings both locally and internationally. I also offer virtual Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation services. These can be done from the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for all parties. In addition to my passion for yoga, I am deeply invested in all things health and wellness and am in training to become a certified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Mariam’s classes are always professional. She has a calming voice and offers very clear instructions. Mariam provides individual adjustments if needed and is always willing to answer questions after class. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a 15 - 30min complimentary phone consultation to assess your needs and desires for your yoga and/or meditation practice. If you are looking for private 1on1 sessions, we'll review any injuries you might have or be recovering from as well as your overall health goals. From there we can develop an accessible plan to support you in this next step of your wellness journey! If you are looking to host a group event, there are additional options available such as partner yoga, group meditation and possible collabs with a sound healing practitioners I occasionally partner with.
