When we met Carol it was evident she had the technical know-how and Wordpress experience we needed, and that she would be pleasant to work with. But we didnt know until we were knee-deep in our project that she would serve as a reassuring touchstone in our business process. Were an e-commerce site, so downtime or other problems could make us a little, well, excitable. But Carols calm, patient, solution-oriented approach, which she diligently employed until that solution was found, was extremely reassuring. Were grateful for her expertise, hard work, and diligence, and for teaching us that once we called her, we could relax. We were (and are) in good hands.
