- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every need is different and unique, so there is no one size fits all. We do not take on clients whose budgets do not allow us to do what we believe you NEED to succeed online because we don't want you to fail, and we don't want you to waste money on ineffective, cheap solutions. We've seen that happen too often with many of our clients before they came to us. We strive to be different by being a partner in your success and revenue growth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step in working with a new customer is to get an understanding of their business, what they want to achieve, and who their target market is. Then we roll up our sleeves and do pretty extensive research to fully under the market and the competition so we understand how best to position the company through messaging and visuals. If we're doing SEO for the client, we begin to form a strategy early on so whatever marketing initiatives we are involved in for the client it will all work in conjunction for the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of well-seasoned professionals with decades of experience in marketing including graphic design, branding, copy writing, web development, PPC, SEO and conversion optimization. We have on staff a Wharton MBA, a brand specialist with experience in bringing startups to billion dollar buyouts, an SEO who has been working in the field longer than Google, a certified conversion optimization specialist, and a web developer with over 10 years of experience. As the need arises, we may also bring in other team members in the fields of PR and social media marketing. We believe in integrated marketing to get the best benefit, and so we pull it all together for you.
