Welcome to the Art of Football. A private soccer training program designed to supplement your team training and improve performance on and off the field. This training program was created by me, Daniel Pena, a soccer enthusiast and recent graduate of Kinesiology at SJSU. My passion lies in helping soccer players to better understand how to use their bodies to optimize performance and recovery.

Coach Daniel has been an exceptional mentor to my son, demonstrating a deep understanding of the game and an ability to effectively communicate his knowledge. In a short span of time, he has taught my son various techniques and skills that have greatly improved his performance on the field.
