- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and in line with the industry. We provide excellent customer service and we stand behind our work. You are definitely covered should you ever find workmanship issues, we will work with you until resolved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know the person we are dealing with, there must be some element of trust when dealing with people and the only way to do that is to communicate, and wherever possible meet face to face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 30 years of experience in the low voltage trade. We are especially keen on offering the best Customer Service - We have been trained in Customer Relations by Sprint and Verizon, but beyond that, we truly care about the people we work for and the work we do for them! Ask around, we go above and beyond the call of duty for our clients.
