Top Tier Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof of our single-family house in the South Bay. The job took about 3 days and it was completed last Saturday 10/17/20, sooner than expected. The owner, David, was really easy and pleasant to work with. He's extremely professional, courteous and responsive. At our first meeting, he patiently explained to us the options for the various elements of the roof. He gave us sound recommendations based on his deep knowledge and years of experience in this industry. He quickly came back to us with a proposal that clearly listed the breakdown of the items with their pricings. The contract process was very smooth and the work began on schedule. David followed through with everything he said he would do and more. The crews were friendly and they worked very efficiently. As a result, we now have a very beautiful and high quality roof. The city inspector even commended "This is a very good quality job" after doing the final inspection. I would definitely recommend Top Tier Roofing to anyone looking for an honest and top-tier (just like their name) roofing company. You'll be in good hands!

I looked up one day to see a cracked skylight. Not a good thing during this smoky time and with the rainy season on its way (hopefully). Reached out to a few companies for quotes, and decided to go with David at Top Tier Roofing. He gave me several options in his proposal, which I greatly appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, fully explaining the process and reasoning behind his suggestions, with pictures from my roof to show me what he's talking about. He and his crew came out to get the work done very quickly and efficiently. I have a concrete tile roof, and they even took the time to make sure to replace any visible tiles with good ones from elsewhere on the roof so that the roof still looks great (30 year old tile colors are impossible to match exactly) and any tiles that aren't an exact match aren't visible from ground level. The skylight and any cracked/damaged tiles have been replaced, the gutters cleaned and repaired and everything was cleaned up when they were done like they'd never even been here. I'm so pleased with their work and will keep them in mind for recommendations and future work.

We work with insurance companies, providing emergency services. We were called upon to do a tree removal after a tree had fallen on a house. After cleaning up, we were able to see the damage that was caused to the roof and gutters. Since we do not do roof repairs, we called a couple of roofing companies, and only Top Tier Roofing responded, and was able to come out right away. They were able to provide an estimate within a couple days, and after getting the insurance approval, they were able to start a few days later.They were easy to work with, and had great communication. I will use this company again, and I would recommend them for other jobs I may come across.

David and Top Tier Roofing were great to work with from start to finish. The prices quoted were very fair and remained consistent through completion of the job. The work was scheduled and completed *very* quickly and the result looks fantastic. David patiently answered many questions about roofing materials, ventilation, and tradeoffs. Going the extra mile, Top Tier Roofing applied temporary patches to areas at risk of leakage before the seasonal rains for no extra charge. Great experience end to end, highly recommended.
