Schott Roofing did a great job fixing my roof leak. Steve took his time to do the job right. He did what he promised to do. I will hire him again for any roof/gutter repairs What work he did? 1- REMOVE ROOF TILE APPROX 6’-8’up VALLEY TO EXPOSE LEAK 2- SUPPLY & INSTALL 30LB ASHALT SATURATED ROOFING FELT AND/OR PEEL & STICK 60LB MEMBRANE ON PROBLEM AREA 3- CLEAN VALLEY OF DEBRIS 4- REMOVE ROOF TILE OVER GUTTER & FASCIA BOARD 5- REMOVE ENTIRE FASCIA BOARD RIGHT & LEFT OF LEAK 6- SUPPLY & INSTALL NEW PRIMED 2X6 FASCIA BOARD 7- INSTALL ALL NEW ROOF TILE WHERE OLD TILE WAS REMOVED 8- CLEAN ALL AREAS & HAUL AWAY DEBRIS
