JB came at right time without being late but for the parts he charged me extra and also said that since it takes time and money to get parts from places HomeDepot or Lowes so he would charge me a little extra than actually it takes for each of the adapters which he used to replace the old water softener with a new one.Even though his initial estimate was low but because of his parts he was at par with other folks from thumbtack.Again he didn't even dispose of the covers or boxes which came with new unit.Please keep in mind that he adds extra than what he initially quotes.So would give him a 3 instead of 4 or 5 stars.
