- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with Buyers/Sellers and we make sure we stay within their budget. As a Broker licensee, I am able to provide excellent discounts that our clients are excited about. Feel free to call me anytime to discuss this further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*The process is custom to each client depending on their needs* - Schedule a call or in-person meeting to understand the goals/needs of the client - Proceed with a Market Analysis and/or in-depth Property Valuation - Determine the client's timeline (Buying or selling ASAP isn't always best) - Collect information about the subject property: Disclosures, Inspections, etc. - Order Professional Photography, Aerial Photography, Videography, and Floor Plan Layout - Prepare a canvassing list of First-time Buyers, Seasoned Buyers, Local Owners, 1031 Exchange Buyers, Etc. - Prepare & Complete Marketing Material (Postcards, Eblast, Flyers, Social Media, etc) - Decide when the Open House will occur (depending on the property type) - Bring the property to market - Activate marketing on all platforms - Conduct Property Tours and Open House - Determine if a Call for Offers is necessary - Qualify and refine the buyer pool - Review offers - Select the offer The Under-Contract process can vary widely and I will be more than happy to discuss this further. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started in this line of work with the interest of buying my first property. Once I did, I realized that there was so much misinformation other Real Estate Agents were providing that it made me realize many Buyers/Sellers were misguided about the Real Estate process. Shortly after buying my first property, I received my license and have been practicing real estate ever since.
