Our pricing is designed to provide exceptional value and fairness. We charge a very low management fee of 7.5% of the monthly rental income for single-family homes. Pricing for other property types vary. Additionally, we provide a substantial discount on leasing fees when you sign up for our full property management services, ensuring you receive the best value for your investment while benefiting from our comprehensive expertise. To show our appreciation for veterans, heroes, and other deserving individuals, we offer 1 to 2 months of free property management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to understand your property, goals, and expectations. This is followed by a thorough on-site visit to assess the property's condition and determine the optimal rental price based on a detailed market analysis. We then develop a customized management plan that outlines our services, fee structure, and a timeline for key activities such as marketing and tenant placement. Once the plan is in place, we arrange for professional photography and create compelling listings to attract potential tenants. Our rigorous 21-point tenant screening process ensures we find the best-qualified tenants, including background checks, credit reports, employment verification, and rental history reviews. We handle all aspects of lease preparation and coordinate the move-in process, including a detailed walk-through with the tenant. Ongoing management includes regular property inspections, prompt maintenance, and detailed annual reports on your property's performance. We maintain open communication, providing same-day responses to any questions or concerns. Additionally, we proactively manage lease renewals and tenant relations to ensure a positive rental experience, fostering long-term relationships with tenants and maximizing your rental income.

With nearly a decade of experience in real estate sales, I developed expertise in market analysis, negotiation, and client relations. I hold an MBA, which has given me a strong foundation in business, finance, and strategic management, essential for effective property management. Additionally, I am a property owner and investor myself, which has provided me with hands-on experience in managing properties, dealing with tenants, and understanding the everyday challenges of property ownership. This combination of real estate sales experience, education, and practical knowledge allows me to offer knowledgeable and client-focused property management services.
