FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting to work with a new personal training client, the process typically begins with an initial consultation and assessment. During this session, the trainer will take the time to understand the client's fitness goals, medical history, exercise preferences, and any specific challenges or limitations. We will check your weight, measure your body fat percentage, and take your starting progress picture. Based on this information, your trainer will develop a personalized training program that aligns with the client's goals and abilities. The training sessions will then commence, focusing on a combination of exercises, workouts, and techniques tailored to the client's needs. Throughout the training process, the trainer will provide guidance, support, and ongoing feedback to ensure proper form, progress tracking, and motivation. Regular check-ins and reassessments will be conducted to monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and celebrate achievements along the way. Ultimately, the trainer-client relationship is built on trust, open communication, and a shared commitment to achieving the client's desired results.
