- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80/hour for individual virtual and $100/hour for individual in-person sessions. Each additional person is a $30 charge. I recommend strength training 2-3 times per week and cardio (done on your own) 2-3 times per week for best results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone consultation to make sure we’re a good fit 2. In-person (or virtual) fitness assessment and sample workout + health talk 3. Setting up a success plan + scheduling
