At Hyper Strength & Conditioning, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing to help you focus on achieving your fitness goals. Here’s what you need to know: Pricing Options Promotional Deals: Right now we are doing a 10 Week Program of Unlimited Classes and 5 PT sessions for $599. Online Personal Training starts at $99/month Personal Training (1 on 1) starts at $125/session Semi-Private Training (2–6 people) starts at $65/session Small Group Classes (up to 10 people) start at $40/class No Hidden Fees We keep things simple—no surprise charges or complicated add-ons. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for. Discounts & Special Offers Group/Family Discounts: Save on additional memberships for spouses, partners, or family members. Student & Military Rates: We appreciate students, active military personnel, and veterans by offering discounted membership options. Flexible Membership & Packages Your goals can change over time, so we make it easy to upgrade or downgrade plans when you need to. Our staff will help you find the best fit for your budget and fitness journey. Transparent Cancellation Policy If you need to pause or cancel, we’ll guide you through a quick, hassle-free process. For cancellations before the program term we do ask to buy out the rest of the agreement. If you travel or need to take a break and need to pause we can always do that for you. We’re dedicated to providing fair and flexible pricing that meets your needs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a step-by-step, personalized approach to help each member start strong and feel confident: Deep Dive Call First, you’ll hop on a brief, one-on-one call or Zoom with one of our coaches. This is a chance for us to learn about your goals, motivations, and any concerns or challenges you might have. Starting Point Session (in person only) Next, we’ll book an in-depth session at our facility where we conduct a thorough interview to understand your needs more clearly. This includes: Movement Assessment: We’ll evaluate your form, mobility, and any potential limitations. Training Session: We’ll guide you through foundational exercises tailored to your current abilities and goals. Finding the Right Program After your assessment and initial training, we’ll discuss the best program options based on the information we gathered. Whether you need personal training, semi-private sessions, or small group classes, we’ll help you find the fit that meets your goals and schedule. This structured process ensures we meet you where you are, design a plan aligned with your goals, and set you up for ongoing success in your fitness journey. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our coaches blend professional qualifications with extensive hands-on experience: Academic Credentials & Certifications: All coaches are certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and/or hold a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) designation. Many also have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, providing a strong scientific foundation. Real-World Experience: Our team has been “in the trenches,” training clients and athletes across various settings—from corporate fitness environments to collegiate and even professional sports leagues. We’re passionate about what we do, continually striving to refine our craft and stay up to date with the latest research and best practices. This combination of formal education and practical experience allows our coaches to create highly effective and personalized fitness strategies, ensuring you receive the support you need to reach your goals safely and efficiently.
