- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is extremely personal and it depends on a set of factors like weekly sessions, advanced coaching, nutritional guidance, access to me 24/7 via text etc. I have 45 min session and 60 min sessions. On specific requests it can be longer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically hop on a discovery call where I get to know the costumer and their goals, I ask a lot of questions and we get to build a relationship together. Then when we proceed to a coaching/training relationship I guide them to understand what and why we are going to do to reach their goals; we have an initial physical assessment so I can see where our starting point is. The communication is always key in my training sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent years in sports and competitive volleyball. I have training experience in kick boxing and Muay Thai, and personal defense. I studied nutrition, biology and human anatomy. I got certified as a personal trainer and functional trainer and started working right after. I also work as a life coach as well with is connected to my trainer profession.
