- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The per session rates will depend on the following: 1.) Are you looking for: One-on-one, Couples, or Group Training? 2.) Where will the training take place: In person/virtually, hybrid (mix of In-person and online), In-Home or at the Elite Gym? 3.) What fitness and health program fits you best? This requires an in-depth assessment about your journey, where you're currently at and what exactly we are accomplishing together. 4.) Physical evaluation and which workout is in alignment with your plan and goals while coinciding with your abilities and capabilities? 5.) Commitment level: How many workouts on a regular basis and for how long of a period of time are you willing to commit? Likewise, what is the commitment that will be required from our end? In order to discover all of the above, we must set-up a FREE in-person consultation. We have a variety of EFT packages tailored to your needs! The per session rate will vary from $65 - $180. The most popular EFT packages are around $120/session. The rates are discounted based on the length of commitment, session time, and amount of people training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial complimentary consultation, we will: 1.) Discuss your goals and review meal and workout plans that works best for you 2.) Take down your body metrics 3.) Perform a body mass index (BMI) 4.) Work up a sweat! We will provide a FREE workout We will also make sure to go over a workout schedule that works best for you, and set the days and times. We can set a permanent schedule, or for those whose schedules change frequently, we can schedule on a rolling (weekly) basis. Once this is all set, you will receive an invite to our exclusive fitness app, Trainerize, and meal tracker app, MyFitnessPal, to start tracking your fitness journey to success!
