I come from humble beginnings as the daughter of Armenian refugees after a large earthquake hit the country. Coming from a country where food was treated as medicine and organic fresh food was the norm, my parents inadvertently fed their family on Fast food ,unhealthy fats, cholesterol that riddles the American diet that ideally should only be eaten occasionally. I instead take healthy ingredients and use impeccable technique, flavor, and genuine passion to transform them into nourishing, indulgent dishes.
Too many companies take short cuts when it comes to quality. I don’t.
