- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Helpful Help, we offer premium executive administration, project, and estate management services designed to meet your specific needs. All projects come with a 5-hour minimum. While we take on smaller projects as our availability allows, they are billed for the full 5-hour rate. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery Call: Begin with a call to understand their needs, goals, and preferences. Assessment: Determine if they need on-call concierge services and estimate the number of hours required. Proposal: Provide a detailed plan and cost estimate based on their specific needs. Agreement: Finalize the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms. Onboarding: Start the project with a clear outline of tasks and communication protocols. Ongoing Support: Regularly check in to ensure satisfaction and adjust as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of efficient business practices, organizational behavior, and human resource management. This education provides a strong foundation for the administrative and business support services I offer as a personal assistant. Additionally, I am currently pursuing an MBA, which further enhances my knowledge in business strategy, financial management, and leadership. My background in luxury property management has also given me practical experience in managing high-stakes tasks, attention to detail, and providing exceptional service to clients.
