- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off the following criteria: - Flavor(s) Profile - Frosting(s) - Servings - Delivery - How far in advance the order is placed However, I do offer some discounts on larger orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is the following: - Figure out what type of dessert(s) you are looking for - What theme do you want the dessert(s) (if any) - What flavor(s) profiles are you looking for - How many servings are you looking for - Where delivery would be to From there, I create a quote and tell you the deposit needed to book the order. Once deposit is received, I change the status of order to "Job Confirmed"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No professional training. I have learned the basics through family and took it to a whole new level on my own..
