- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to make my costumers happy, and work with their budget. Prices depends on scoop of work, and how many organizers is need it to get the job done!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key. I always try as much as possible to work on schedule, time frame, details to decide on how many organizers we need it. I understand is an investment, and I need to be able to complete the job promised.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of NAPO (National association of professional organizers), went to many seminars and I have 17 years' experience on Home Organizing.
