Although I did not get a chance to work with Dinize directly this time I would def hire her for next ! Reason - I was available only on the weekends and this time it was not working out within the team's availability. However here's what I really loved. The moment she got my message she promptly responded. It was much later in the evening and she still got an exploratory facetime call with me. Although she was back from a long day's work she never made me feel rushed. She discussed my requirements and recommended very empathetic and sustainable plan of action. She will take care of everything beginning to end with her crew. Will even go out and buy organizing material if needed to make your home feel better. She even sent prompt follow up texts. Also when I let her know I decided to go with another pro she was very kind and friendly! You will not be wrong about choosing her based on the interaction I had with her. I loved this team, the three of them came in and knocked out my tasks I gave them which was transfer all my clothes from my room upstairs to the master bedroom downstairs and organize all of my clothes into closets. I’m so grateful that is one less thing I need to worry about in moving rooms in my home! I will use their services again in the future! 🤎

Dinize and her team were amazing! They helped me unpack my home after I moved into a house that did not have a lot of closet space. They were creative with how they utilized the space in my new home, and took great care to make sure that everything was organized and easy to find! When my parents came to visit, they were so impressed with her work that they are now hiring her to come organize their home as well!

Dinize Wales is the absolute best professional in the cleaning and home organization field and accompanying services she handles that I have ever experienced in my life! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Dinize and her team are. As someone who has used organizers in the past, I can confidently say that this was the best experience I’ve had. When they first came to our apartment, I was 8 months pregnant and we had just moved from two homes into a 2-bedroom apartment. With our due date approaching, the stress was mounting. However, within just 1.5 days, Dinize and her team consolidated and organized everything, completely alleviating the anxiety of this first-time mom who had missed her “nesting” timeline. Later, when we moved into a house, we enlisted Dinize and her team to organize the entire space. Their thoughtfulness in setting up the house to accommodate our family’s flow was beyond words. Recently, we had Dinize visit my mother’s home to organize her garage and storage. Initially, my mother was against the idea, but once the work was done, she couldn’t help but call, FaceTime, and send pictures to the whole family to showcase the incredible transformation. I highly recommend investing in their services if you feel your life could benefit from some organizing. They will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. I must also mention that every member of Dinize’s team is professional, kind, and honest. Having organizers can be quite invasive, and initially, my partner was uncomfortable with the idea. However, the trust we placed in them to handle our home and belongings was well-founded, as they only added to the positive experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to make my costumers happy, and work with their budget. Prices depends on scoop of work, and how many organizers is need it to get the job done!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key. I always try as much as possible to work on schedule, time frame, details to decide on how many organizers we need it. I understand is an investment, and I need to be able to complete the job promised.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of NAPO (National association of professional organizers), went to many seminars and I have 17 years' experience on Home Organizing.
