Israel was punctual, adjusting and really nice to talk to and work with. We asked them to move the sofa even after it was setup to another location and they did it without issues or hassles. They even waited for 15-20 mins patiently because we ran out of battery for our stud finder. They completed all tasks within time.

I had a very good experience with 408 bay area movers specifically with Israel. This is my first time using movers! I would definitely recommend this company for their services. 1. Responsiveness- it took them like 15-20 minutes to reply. 2. Punctuality- in fact they were early than we had agrees on, which was good for me! 3. Professional- came with 2 movers, inspected all the stuffs that needs to be moved and started right away. 4. Value- Israel even offered his own boxes, tape and plastic film for carefully moving stuffs from 1st floor. I offered them to take small break but Israel wanted to complete the task first. They even agreed to dump my stuffs which was pretty heavy. Very nice and helpful experience. Thank you so much, will definitely continue working with them.
