Our pricing is clear and upfront, with no hidden fees. We offer occasional discounts and promotions, so keep an eye out for those! If you’re booking multiple services or coming back regularly, ask about package deals. We also provide a cancellation policy if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with a consultation to understand their needs and preferences. From there, we recommend services that’ll help them achieve their goals. We’ll discuss any allergies or sensitivities, and make sure to customize everything to their liking. After the service, we’ll offer tips for aftercare and encourage feedback to make sure they’re fully satisfied with their experience
