Builden Construction performed demolition of 3 concrete pads at our backyard, grading and leveling the yard. The job was completed within our budget and we didn’t encounter any extra costs and change orders during the work. I am happy with the work and I consider hiring them again for other jobs.

Builden Construction was referred to us by a friend to trench for our new water line and grading the area. His crew did a nice job, they completed the work on time with a reasonable cost. They did the work according to the specs and it passed the inspection at the first time. They put enough sand bedding and cover for our pipes and the compaction was at the satisfactory grade. Ali was responsive and he provided some ideas to help us get our job done with no issues.
