My home in Fremont had a lot of deferred maintenance that I needed help with. There were multiple sheets of wood siding that had dry rot and was cracking and peeling. The large deck in the backyard needed to be pressure washed and stained. There was a drywall hole that needed to be fixed from a previous plumbing repair. Fortunately, these were all paint related items so I searched for a single contractor that could do this big project. I got three estimates from local contractors who came onsite to inspect the home and ended up selecting TA Painting. Teodoro was excellent at communicating such as when he would come out, the issues he saw, how we had to wait until the weather was good to start work, coordinating with my tenants and finally updating my on the progress of the work with pictures. His estimate was spot on and priced very reasonably. I will definitely hire TA Painting again in the future. Here are some pictures of the great work Teo did on my home.

Tim provided amazing paint service. We wanted the paint work done in the next few days. Tim was able to quickly send out a team. His team were so quick in getting the entire house painted. Liked his work. Will definitely recommend him.

Teo and the Team did a paint job in my garage were sheetrock and some carpentry were needed to complete the job. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner preparing walls and wood frames and finishing with the painting. Really satisfying experience. I will repeat provider next time I have a project that they can deliver. Thank you

Tao and his team did a great job painting our upstairs rooms and hallway. They are all very professional. Quality of work is awesome. I will hire him to complete work on our downstairs as well. Highly recommended.
