Really wanted to give these guys 5 stars as they did a good job on the core painting but there are some key lack of attention to detail and general cleanliness that was really disappointing. The good: They showed up on time and were efficient with the job. There were a lot of cracks in the stucco and they did a great job covering over them. The house from afar looks really good. The bad: They did a poor job with the details, damaged my yard, and painted on my patio/garage floor/covers and didn't try to wash them. Garage floor: They didn't cover the floor while they painted the garage door, left streaks of black paint from the sprayer on the floor. Patio: They missed covering and had paint drips on some areas. Covers: They didn't bag/cover my outdoor water softener, and instead just spilled paint all over *my* cover for it. They tried to hide the paint splotches by moving the cover around afterwards. Yard: After painting, they washed all their brushes into my grass... If they had asked I'd have told them to at least do it into the mulch... Because it left a giant white spot in my yard and killed all the grass in the area. Still trying to recover the spot because the dirt is now toxic to new growth. Details: There were some on the crew that did things right, and others that did things quickly. I had removed all my exterior lights for the painting, and it had left a seal line around the electric box. About half of these were properly sanded off, and the other half they just painted over. I had noted this to the project lead but they didn't fix it, so I went out and scraped/painted these myself. The gutter mounts: half of them were painted the wall color, and half were painted the gutter color. I don't mind either way, but you need to be consistent! Wall conduits: we painted them to match the wall, but one was completely missed. I sent photos along with some of the other detail complaints but when they came out to fix up some other details they didn't bring a ladder so I did it myself as well. Overall, I would still say my experience here was positive, and maybe I just need to be more aggressive with the crew while they're here instead of raising to the project lead; was definitely hoping they would assure they cleaned up properly, and brought back the power washer if they messed something up... But alas.

I have a 40 y o house that required and still requires a lot of maintenance. This winter I hired roof co, mold co chimney repair co, drywall co, trim co, new window co, plumber, etc. Had at least 12 estimates in last 3 months and hired 10 contractors. Some contractors were subpar and a few were average to good. Only 2 were excellent. I research contractors before I hire them and chk reviews but still it hit or miss how they turn out. Painting contractors from Yelp were either quoting an extremely high price without viewing my house before quoting. I am in unusual position of having to wait a 1 1/2 yr before could get a exterior paint job done on my house. That’s how long it would take before I would inherit it and be able to get it painted. Most painting co didn’t want to do piecemeal wk aka seal the lg stucco cracks, replace 2 ext window trims. The heavy storms this winter had battered the south side of my house. The stucco was cracked and needed sealing. Unlike other co who wanted only to do the ext paint job or nothing at all, Rodrigo and his team at RR Pro Ptg replied to me w a quote in a timely manner. They r at the top of my list out of the 12 contractors I got in person estimates from as the best contractors I worked with these past 3 mo. I was burnt out fr dealing a trim co I’d found on thumbtack who completely butchered the replacement of new ext window trim. All Star Trim used wrong wood, cut too short and didn’t prime or seal enough or properly. There was yellow gap foam they used to seal around the outside of the trim and not white sealant bc they ran out of it The trims looked sloppy and worse than than original old trims Rodrigo and his crew re did the 2 trims and now they look like brand new. They used quality wood and sealant. They also sealed the 10 ft long stucco cracks w quality product aka KM elastomeric sealant They painted over the stucco crack repairs w paint. This is a professional team. RR Pro Painting showed up w 3 painters and 1 foreman overseeing the job. When a co would say a crew would show up. Often that’s 1 person to 2 persons max. When I saw the 3 painters working away industriously and efficient manner, wow I wished all contractors were so diligent and did washtub they professed to do. Oftentimes, a co would talk up themselves but when it came to actual job they’d not be as responsiveness they said they were, or they took a long time to get bk to u or ghosted u and never sent a estimate or did a subpar job while being super friendly all the while distracting customer w talk how gd they are when they were gd and tore ur new sheers while putting in new sill which is what All Star Trim did Actions speak louder than words. Rodrigo and his crew were not like the subpar contractors. This co was big on communicating w customer about the estimate. The courtesy reminder every few days made it simple and easy to sign the estimate. Every step of the process w this co was well thought out and smooth for the co and the customer myself. I was down about the trim causing more leaks into the sill and drywall after trim co made a mess of it. Also the stucco cracks exposed to the rain storms create fear that water could get into the walls. I already had water stain leak in the sm bedrm to deal with. This co helped so much to repair these 2 problems by just taking them on. No matter they were smaller jobs, they took it on and treated like a big job and did a perfect job of both the stucco repair and trim replacement. They have a gd attitude towards the job and didn’t dismiss this smaller job. The smaller job lead to bigger jobs and positive word of mouth advertising I highly recommend RR Pro Painting for any paint job. I will be hiring them for all my future exterior and interior painting jobs. Extremely satisfied w their workmanship and quality of their wk, is outstanding! Other contractors fr thumbtack requested a review fr me rt away after they did the job. RR Pro Ptg didn’t do this and that’s very telling that they r about doing excellent wk and not oh I’m looking to score a gd review and need to prompt customer to write the review.

Rodrigo and his team did a great job overall. I was very pleased with the majority of the work completed. There were some minor details regarding painting the closet doors that we had to correct, but Rodrigo was open to the feedback and can correct the problem for future clients. I would recommend RR Pro Painting for a great job overall.
