- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill for labor hourly, however offer discounts as package rates for full home designs. Contact for in depth pricing regarding staging projects as listed rates are baseline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary design consultation over the phone, where we discuss the clients design goals, and outline the basics for the project. If it’s a good fit, we sign a contract, receive a retainer, have a series of design meetings including an initial viewing of the spaces to be designed. We present our designs, and go through a series of revisions. Then comes approval of cost summaries and estimates (the boring stuff), sourcing and ordering, and finally install of items!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential and commercial clients and take on all-size projects, large and small. We have worked with clients who have needed a last minute staging, to clients out of state who need a mixture of remote and in person design assistance. It is our goal to be flexible for each clients design needs.
