- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, customized pricing based on your home's size, condition, and the type of cleaning you need. We offer discounted rates for recurring services (weekly, biweekly, and monthly), making regular cleanings more affordable than one-time visits. If you'd like additional services such as cleaning inside the oven or refrigerator, interior windows, hand-wiping baseboards, or other add-ons, we'll always discuss the cost with you before the service. Credit card payments include a small processing fee, while Zelle and bank transfers have no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your home and your cleaning goals. We'll ask a few questions about the size of your home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning you're looking for, and any areas that need special attention. Based on that, we'll provide a personalized estimate with a detailed scope of work. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule your cleaning, confirm your appointment with a 25% deposit, and send you all the details so you know exactly what to expect. On the day of service, our professionally trained and insured team arrives fully equipped with high-quality supplies and follows a detailed cleaning checklist. After the cleaning, we follow up to make sure you're completely satisfied. If we missed anything, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost.
