Dear future customers, I would like to start off by saying that the quoted prices we send are estimates, it is impossible for us to know exactly the condition of every home we quote for, no two 1 bed 1 bath home is the same, one can take one hour to clean and another can take 3 hours, which is why we offer a completely free consultation in order to give our customers the best price possible and also to be able to stay in business. We have been in business for almost 30 years, our prices are very competitive, we are also insured, bonded and fully licensed, we hire legal workers and background check them. You open your home to us and we take that responsibility very seriously. Quotes can vary quite a bit from one Pro to the next, and that is because different companies have very different operating and labor costs, still you can see from the graph that there are other companies within our same price range.
