thank you so much to take the time this help us to improve are service sorry to ear that we did clean everything just to let you know when you have nylon floor and never give a tough clean on it is very hard to leave it as new with only one cleaning specialty when it has alot of scratches and blades cuts and the nylon is already burn ..thank you we will do are best to do better job

thank you so much to take the time this help us to improve are service we did clean everything the covers on the couch were full of hair that's why the couch got hair again and the windows I explained to you we cleaned from inside but the windows were so dirty from outside so after you talk about the windows we cleaned from the outside too so you can see the diferente and we did without extra charges.
