I found Mike through Thumbtack. He was very responsive. I explained that I have a condo that had carpet and hardwood floors that needed cleaning. Not only did he give a reasonable quote, he did it within 24 hours of the request. He did a great job. I told him that I will continue to use him for future projects.

Firstly, he was supposed to come between 3-4pm but came an hour late and started work at 5:30pm. Secondly, he was alone and did not bring any help, whereas generally at least 3 people come. Thirdly, he did a shoddy job of cleaning, especially mopping. He seemed new to cleaning without good equipment. Most of our house was the same after he left, and in fact, the floors were sticky, requiring us to mop all over again. I am giving 2 stars only for his effort, not the outcome. Call a professional and save your dollars and time.
