I had a horrible experience. Maybe I had higher expectations. But I wanted a deep clean of my studio with a focus on cleaning inside of my cabinets and organizing. One person came and spent a little over three hours. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the job done. I had to point out many missed areas and I still needed to go over and clean to my liking areas that she had gone over. For the price (way above market over 50/hr) I expected way better and more. I wouldn’t hire this service again as I definitely don’t feel it was worth it. As noted by the pro, I had an insect issue that is pretty normal for older homes (spiders create webs and set up shop) with limited items there was absolutely no “larger than life” job that needed to be done. The pro was being lazy and instead of working hard for over 50$ an hour to clean a small studio which in comparison to other jobs the pros have done and posted was quite small. She did a lazy rushed job and left many areas unattended to, and insisted that she had finished the job I had asked for until I removed all of the items from my cabinet to show that she clearly hadn’t even wiped it down with a rag. Pests or no pests she did not do the job I hired and paid her to do. It is insulting that the organization is trying to pacify or ignore their short comings by flipping things to make it seem like my home was just so “out of order” no one could have possible been able to actually clean it. Even if it was….is that not the business you’re in? Do you not transform peoples homes to make them like new? Is that out of the scope of your expertise? I’m so disappointed with this customer service and the response from the company. Please save your hard earned money because these people want the money and don’t care about the quality of the work. She hadn’t’ even attempted to actually clean the interior of the cabinets, she just moved things around and called it clean. That’s not what I asked for or paid for. Again wouldn’t be an issue if I didn’t hire her to actually clean and just wanted her to organize. She did not do a thorough deep clean of my home and I should be refunded a portion of the money I paid because the service was unsatisfactory. These were simple fixes, as I said I went over and was able to wipe down these surfaces after she left. My point being, I should not have to do any additional cleaning after spending 160$ for a deep clean by a professional. I paid for her to clean my baseboards, she didn’t even do that to completion. So fair warning. Lazy pros, poor customer service from the company who instead of being reasonable and asking more questions or digging deeper into an issue a customer has will instead just dismiss customer claims and blame them for their employees lack of work ethic. Great, fast communication though. Seemingly small things, but for such a small home, a thorough cleaning should not have been that difficult. And as much money as I paid, there shouldn’t be any missed spots that I have to go over to make acceptable. All of the images provided (it capped at 4 for some reason) were taken after the service and in all areas I simply went over them with a Clorox wipe and fixed the issue. But I paid your company for that, a lot of money too. So maybe that wasn’t too much for you but other people work very hard for their money so this was a very disappointing experience.

Fabiola’s staff arrived on time and got right to work. I keep a clean house already but I wanted to see if they could take the cleaning to the next level. They did not disappoint! All floors and the kitchen in particular were immaculate when they left, as was the rest of the house. I will hire Fabiola’s staff again.

Elva, Cleaning has only one language, and the cleaners are supported by a translator, which is not a limitation when doing our job. Your house is too big and has just been remodeled. We did everything you asked, we thoroughly cleaned the dust from all the areas you pointed out.

2 ladies arrived a little late but I did not care about that. When they arrived they looked sad and I found out they both did not speak English which I found a way to work around that issue.
The quality of work was very good.
The main person was able to use google translate and I also called family and friends who speak Spanish to give directions to tasks.
The house was very clean
I did take off some tasks from there workload since there were unusual tasks that needed attention like 2 refrigerators and completion of cleaning out ashes from fireplace .
