Vadim did a fantastic job of installing four bedroom lights with dimmers, one kitchen light, a smart thermostat, and rewiring for recess lights. The work took longer than expected due to some unexpected issues, but Vadim exerted tremendous patience and care throughout the two-day work. The price was also extremely reasonable. To be sure, he is not only an experienced electrician but is also very good at other handyman work. I would definitely hire him again in the future.

Having worked with contractors and tradespeople for 4+ decades I can tell you that Vadim absolutely lived up to all his 5 star reviews. He has great skills and can fix, repair, and/or correct just about anything and does so responsibly and efficiently. As a handyman on a scale of 1 to 10 Vadim’s a 10. There’s not much more I can say other than if you hire him you’ve made a wise choice. Btw I've used his services 3 times so far and will be doing so again.

Vadim did a great job replacing a 30 year old exhaust fan. Not only did he do it quickly, he arrived within a couple hours of reaching out for help. Will utilize Neighborhood Construction again, hands down.
