The team was very good at understanding the the issues with our window screens and solved for that effectively. We have old style window frames that came with the house. The team figured a way to ensure that the screen doors stay intact, fit properly and even came back when we had some issue with one of the windows 3 weeks after installing it. They did a great job and overall were easy to work with. I highly recommend their service for any house related repair or construction.

I had a great experience working with Neighborhood construction. He helped install a new light fixture and also repaired the grout in my bathroom. Both jobs were done efficiently and with excellent attention to detail. He arrived on time, worked neatly, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The light looks perfect, and the grout work made the bathroom look fresh and new again

Akyl and Vadim did a fantastic job with the recessed lighting, drywall repair, and painting in our home. They are highly responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They offered great suggestions and creative ideas for home improvements. The wall patch they completed looks seamless—you would never know it had been cut before. The recessed light installation was particularly challenging in the tilted roof areas, but they skillfully found a workaround that avoided cutting into the wall. Instead, they used the existing switch locations for wiring and installing the switches. They worked diligently and sincerely to give our home a fresh, brand-new look. Max from their team also did an excellent job with painting and replacing the existing recessed lights. We wholeheartedly recommend this team for any home repairs or improvements. Thank you, Akyl and Vadim, for your timely assistance and outstanding work!

I highly recommend Neighborhood Construction Company! They came to fix my garbage disposal and were incredibly honest and fair throughout the whole process. They didn’t try to overcharge or push unnecessary repairs, and to my surprise, they even helped fix my electric curtain without any extra hassle. It’s rare to find such reliable and kind professionals these days. I’ll definitely be calling them again!
